Mr.
Pan Boon Pin
Managing Director
Mr.
Pan Boon Pin is Managing Director as well as the founder of Monsoon
Maritime Services Pte Ltd. As managing director, he sets and implements
the Company’s goals, policies and objectives and ensures that
these are met and carried out with the highest standards. He also
undertakes Monsoon’s business development and marketing. With
his visions and rich experience in the shipping industry, he founded
Monsoon to become one of the first dedicated crew manning company
in Singapore. Under his strong leadership, Monsoon has grown over
the last 14 years, building up a varied and international portfolio
of clientele. Recruitment offices in Yangon and Manila were established
almost immediately after the founding of Monsoon Singapore. In the
years following, Monsoon moved on to extend its recruitment network
to include China, India, Indonesia and other East European countries.
Monsoon is now a name associated by those in the industry with high
quality and efficient service, reliability and a progressive outlook.
Mr. Pan has been in the shipping industry for more than 30 years
having experience in various well-established maritime companies.
Before joining Monsoon, he was with Singa Ship Management, Sembawang
Johnson Shipmanagement and Inter Maritime Management. Mr. Pan has
also had seafaring experience; holding a Marine Radio-communication
Operator's General Certificate of Competency, he served as a Radio
Officer for about 7 years with Neptune Orient Lines and Timur Carriers.
Mr.
Pan holds a Diploma in Maritime Studies (Ship Management) from Singapore
Polytechnic.

Capt. Lee Sang Chiat
General Manager
Capt. Lee is General Manager of Monsoon. He takes overall supervision
of all operational, crew recruitment and processing matters and
ensures proper implementation of company policies and procedures.
He also assists the Managing Director in formulating business development
and marketing strategies.
Capt. Lee has been in the shipping industry for 25 years. Before joining
Monsoon, he was a lecturer with the Singapore Maritime Academy for over 7 years and earlier with a local ship management company as well as with AP Moller as superintendent and master on theri bulk and car carriers.

Than Win
Country Manager (Yangon Office)
U
Than Win is Countryl Manager of Monsoon (Yangon). He is overall in
charge of all operational and crew recruitment and training matters
in the Yangon office. He also ensures the efficient and proper implementation
of company’s policies, business development and is responsible
for maintaining and improving company’s and seamen’s
quality.
Before
joining Monsoon in 1992, U Than Win has extensive seafaring experience
of 17 years with well-established maritime companies - Malaysian
International Shipping Corporation (MISC), Sembawang Johnson Shipmanagement
and Belships Management achieving the highest rank of Chief Engineer.
He
holds a Diploma in Mechanical and 2nd year Bachelor of Science (Geology). |

Mr. Diosdado G. Ramos
General Manager (Manila Office)
Mr. Diosdado G. Ramos is General Manager of Monsoon
(Manila). He is overall in charge of all operational, crew recruitment
and training matters in the Manila office. He also ensures the efficient
and proper implementation of company’s policies, business
development and is responsible for maintaining and improving company’s
and seamen’s quality.
Mr.
Ramos has been in the shipping industry for 26 years having both
on and off shore experiences. Before joining Monsoon in 1994, he
was Superintendent Engineer at Thome Shipmanagement. He has also
experience with cadet and seafarer training, being an Instructor
for Maritime Review Centre at Philippine Seafarer Review Centre
for Marine Engineering Board Examination and at the Philippine Merchant
Marine Academy. Furthermore, he has approximately 9 years experience
as Chief Engineer on board different types of bulk and tanker ships.
Mr.
Ramos holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation from
the Philippine Merchant Marine Academy.
