Monsoon is presently providing about 600 competent officers and ratings onboard a wide range of vessels that include General Cargo, Containers, Bulk Carriers, Log Carriers, Tankers (Oil, Product, Chemical), Ro/Ro, Offshore Supply vessels, Seismic Survey vessels, Anchor Handling Tugs and FPSO.

Our crew come from 4 main nationalities: Myanmar, Philippines, Indonesian and People's Republic of China. In total, we have now approximately 600 crew saling on board the vessels. Every of our seamen undergoes a rigourous selection and recuritment process tailored to meet the specific needs of our Principals and in strict compliance with STCW / ISM standards,international requirements on English language and strict medical standards.
