To ensure that the interest of our principals and crew are represented and properly projected, Monsoon play a responsible role as member of the Singapore Maritime Employer’s Federation (SMEF) and Filipino Association of Maritime Employers (FAME).
Monsoon actively engages in negotiation and discussion with various international, regional and national unions, professional bodies, training institutions, employers and governmental organizations to ensure the best deals for our principals and crew.
We contribute ideas and speak out at international forums and conferences with a view to the development of the maritime industry in general and crew manning in particular.
